(To reach the summit of Mitikas on Olympus the use of hands is required to lean on the rock. That’s why we’ll be tied with rope.)

Arrival in Thessaloniki
Meeting with our guide at the airport of Thessaloniki.
Private transfer by minibus to the Greek province of Zagori - about 4-5 hours of travel.
Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.

Zagori - part one
Breakfast at 08.00.
Departure for the trekking in the mountains of Zagori.
After 6-7 hours of hiking, we arrive at the mountain hut.
Dinner and overnight stay at the mountain hut.

Zagori - part two
Breakfast at 07.30.
From the mountain hut, we go up for a while and then go down for 2-3 hours of hiking to reach a beautiful mountain village.
Visit to the ancient church.
After lunch, we continue in a canyon. At the exit of the canyon, we reach a quaint village with houses all built-in stone and traditional style.
A family-run hotel is expecting us for dinner and overnight.

Kalambaka, Meteora Monasteries
Breakfast at 08.00.
Transfer by minibus to the town of Kalambaka - about 3 hours.
Visit to the ancient church of the ninth century after Christ.
Walk uphill on the path that leads to the Monastery of the Holy Trinity where there is a beautiful view over the city and the monasteries.
Accommodation in a family-run hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Meteora Monasteries
Breakfast at 08.30.
Visit to the other monasteries of Meteora.
Transfer by minibus to the shores of the Aegean Sea to the village of Litohoro located at the foot of Olympus - approximately 3-4 hours of travel.
Accommodation at the hotel. Dinner at a seafood restaurant near the sea. Overnight stay.

Olympus, mountain hut Zolotam
Breakfast at 08.30.
Transfer from the village of Litohoro to Prionia - 1100m - about 1 hour drive.
Trekking to the mountain hut Zolotam - 2100m - about 3 hours of hiking in the woods of beech and pine trees.
Dinner and overnight stay at the mountain hut.

Olympus - Skala, Skolio and Mitikas
Breakfast at 06.30.
Departure for the ascent of the peaks of Skolio and Skala. The bravest and most experienced in the mountains participants, can reach the highest peak of Olympus (Mitikas-2918m.) accompanied by a mountain guide and tied with rope.
After the climb we descend a little to take the path that passes below the peaks of Mitikas and Stefani and arrives at the mountain hut Apostolidis.
Accommodation in the mountain hut, dinner and overnight stay.

Litohoro
Breakfast at 08.30.
Trekking for 4-5 hours until we reach the road where the minibus is expecting us.
Transfer to Litohoro.
Accommodation at the hotel.
Bath in the Aegean Sea.
Dinner based on fish.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Departure
Wake up early in the morning.
Transfer to the airport of Thessaloniki for the international flight.
